JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is stable, calm, and secure in challenging situations. You have an empathetic and solution-oriented approach, take your own initiatives, and take responsibility for your work. You are flexible, attentive, and have good collaboration skills, and actively contribute to the development of the organization.

As a support assistant with us, you will help provide our employees with a good and meaningful day in their daily activities. The work involves providing support in everyday life, both through care and by strengthening the employees' independence, individually and in groups. You work with participation in focus and plan and implement the activities together with employees, colleagues, and support pedagogues. The position includes case management, which among other things means responsibility for collaboration and contact with the employee's network.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, you need to have a nursing assistant education, support pedagogue, or other education that is deemed equivalent by the employer.

You have previous experience working with individuals with challenging behavior and documented knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal responses, and knowledge in AAC.

A driving license (B) is an advantage as the organization has vehicles.
